Shipping policy.

All items displayed on our store front are almost always ready in stock and are available for shipment within the next 2 business days.However in cases of contact lenses orders of toric powers which have a very wide inventory base,we would be requiring 4-7 business days to get the product sourced from the Principal Company.Customers would be advised to place such orders keeping sufficient time in hand.

Shipping time.

All despatches would be made using the "Standard shipping " which would imply surface transport in most cases.For Metro cities the shipping time would be around 3-4 days. For rest of India the shipping time would be 6-7 days.For far flung and rural areas the shipment time might be around 10-12 days.

Shipping Rates.

All the items available on our online store have been quoted at a price inclusive of shipping cost.However in a couple of low priced/low margins items we have had to keep the shipping charges over and above the product price.It would be explicitly displayed on those products that shipping cost is "extra" and the buyer would be able to see the shipping cost before CHECKOUT.

RETURN POLICY.

Contact lenses and solutions are products which would not qualify for "Returns". However if the customer feels that he/she has wrongly ordered the product ,the shipment might be sent back to us.However to qualify for this the lenses must be in absolute unworn and brand new condition and must be returned in the original sealed box,with the warranty and other accessories (if any).

Returns for eyeglasses and sunglasses would also be done similarly, if the customer feels that he/she has received a damaged/defective/ wrong product.However such returns would be allowed only upto a period of 7 days and the customer should inform the company at the earliest (within 24 hours ) of any such event.

Disclaimer.

The color charts of cosmetic contact lensesof the different companies have been put up in the products profiles for reference of customers .The original colors might be slightly varied from the color charts.No returns request would be entertained for that.We have also mentioned the principal companie's website in the product description category wherever possible for the reference of the buyer.
